- Quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Free in-home consultations are available within our service area.
- Additional fees may apply for complex installs (e.g., two-storey homes, switchboard upgrades).
3. Payments and Invoicing
- Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
- Overdue accounts may incur late fees.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid call-out fees.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
5. Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment.
- We provide a 5-year workmanship guarantee on installations.
- Warranty is void if the system is not maintained per manufacturer guidelines.
6. VEU Rebate Services
- We assist with Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) paperwork but cannot guarantee rebate approval.
- Rebate amounts and eligibility are subject to government rules.
7. Liability Limitation
Except as required under Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from use of this site or our services.

9. Changes to These Terms
